CH240QV22C is a color active matrix thin film transistor (TFT) liquid crystal display (LCD) that uses amorphous silicon TFT as a switching device. This model is composed of a TFT LCD panel, a driving IC, a back-light, and FPC.
The Tft Lcd module has a 2.4 (vertical screen) inch diagonally measured active display area with 240*320 resolution. At the same time, it has a backlight brightness of 300 cd/m2, using MCU interface. In addition, this LCD module uses ST7789 driver IC, It can work in a wide temperature environment from -20 to +70 degrees.
In addition, FPC can also be customized according to customer requirements, such as modifying back-light and CTP structure, interface definition, etc.
