ChengHao Display model CH350HV47B is a color active matrix thin film transistor (TFT) liquid crystal display (LCD) using amorphous silicon TFTs as switching devices. This model is composed of TFT LCD panel, driver IC, backlight and FPC. The vertical lcd display module has a resolution of 320(RGB)×480, a brightness of 1000 cd/m2, and supports sunlight readability. The lcd panel of the module adopts IPS display technology, supports IPS full viewing angle (80/80/80/80), and can display 262K/65K colors. This tft lcd modul supports 4line 8bit SPI interface, it can run normally over 20000 H in the environment of -20~+70, and it also supports customization.
RoHS Compliant and Halogen Free.
