According to the fitting method, it can be divided into full patch and frame patch. TFT screens are all non full fit technology, that is, frame pasting. Let's explain the frame paste and full fit of TFT LCD:

1、 TFT screen frame paste

Frame pasting simply fixes the touch screen on the four sides of the TFT screen with double-sided adhesive tape. Its advantages are simple process and low cost. However, due to the gas layer between the TFT screen and the touch screen, the display effect is greatly reduced after light refraction, which has become the biggest defect of frame pasting. Some don't even need glue. Just a snap can fix the three-layer structure together. With these methods, the TFT screen will fall off once it is impacted, and it is easy to dust.

2、 TFT screen full paste

With the development of science and technology and people's criticism of incomplete fitting technology, full fitting technology came into being. Compared with the frame type full fit, the full fit has many advantages. The full fit technology can better fit the gap between layers, reduce the possibility of air and dust entering the TFT screen, and keep the TFT screen clean. The full fit technology eliminates the air between TFT screens, which can greatly reduce the light reflection and light transmission loss, so as to improve the brightness, enhance the display effect of TFT screen and make the picture more transparent. The full bonding screen is thinner than the traditional screen. The touch screen uses optical glue to bond the screen, which only increases the thickness of 25 μ m-50 μ m, which is 0.1mm-0.7mm thinner than the ordinary bonding screen.

In general, the full fit technology can better fit the gap between layers, reduce the possibility of air and dust entering the TFT screen, and keep the TFT screen clean. The full fit effect is better and more expensive than the price. In case of high product requirements, the protective glass and the touch screen can be fully bonded, and the TFT screen and the touch screen can also be fully bonded.
